When you request a booking, we record your name, email, phone number, your country if you provide it, and the details of your stay: dates, number of guests, chosen meal plan and special requests.
The contact form records your name, email, your phone number if you give it, and your message.
If you pay a deposit, we keep its amount, the method used and the transaction reference that allows it to be traced. A card payment is processed by our provider PayTech: you enter your card details on its secure page, and they neither pass through nor are stored on our systems.
This information is used only to process your request, prepare your stay and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, and we never transfer or sell it to third parties.
Only the establishment's team views your information, from a management area protected by a password and a code sent at each sign-in. Technical providers process it on our behalf, without being able to use it for any other purpose:
Booking data is kept for the needs of hotel management and the establishment's accounting obligations. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, subject to these obligations.
No account is needed to book. The tracking link you receive by email contains a random identifier unique to your booking: it cannot be guessed or reused to access another booking. Only share it with the people involved in your stay.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only technical cookies are set: they remember your language choice and protect forms against request forgery.
