A booking made on this site is first a request: it becomes firm when the establishment confirms it, after checking availability. You are informed by email.
Once the booking is confirmed, you are offered to pay 50% of the stay in advance, in exchange for a 5% discount on accommodation. This deposit is optional: without it, your booking remains confirmed and the stay is paid on arrival, at the standard rate.
The deposit can be paid by credit card, on the secure page of our payment provider PayTech, or by Wave, Orange Money, Bank transfer. Your card details are entered at PayTech: they do not pass through our servers and are not stored by the establishment. The discount applies, and your invoice is sent to you, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The information you entrust to us is processed in accordance with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data. How it is used is detailed in our privacy policy.
